Sam and I shared a lot of our childhood together and I'm here to tell you, he was one of the greatest friends I've ever had. I mean, who else would ride out being chased by the Oklahoma State Highway Patrol and still be able to laugh about it? He and his brother Mike were the best friends a guy could have. KG

I Worked with Sam in Soccer many years. A very dear friend. He will be missed. my condolences and prayers go out to the famiy

We'll always remember Sam as the man who ran Dallas East Sports! He was a great man whose love for soccer emanated to everyone he met. He'll be missed dearly. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of his family and extended Dallas East friends!
