I am truly saddened by the discovery of your passing. I was talking to Jeff A in Bali and looked you up, hoping to see you doing well in some new business venture.

Instead, I found this.

I'm so very sorry you let your gf/wife - like the previous one - separate you from your real friends. We were like brothers at one point, but when you never returned my calls, I finally figured out Monique made you choose. Again.

In loving memory of a great guy. Growing up on the Ranch, surfing at Swamis, Sam always made you feel like a brother... Calm,optimistic and upbeat he had a way of making your heart smile.. Love you and miss you always.

I send heartfelt condolences to Rosie, Katie, Monique and Sam's extended family and circle of friends for the profound loss of dear Sam. I hope the memories of his wonderful spirit and love of life, his creative expression in art, gardening, collecting and building, his care of animals and the love and friendship he extended to those who knew him will bring comfort and gratitude in having known such a special person.
