Dear Charlotte, John and I are so sad to hear about Sam's passing. We are honored to have had you both as dear friends for over 50 years. Sam was a giant among men. For you for his children, for his family, for his friends, and certainly for the Celtics!! And we all loved him right back. John and I send our deepest sympathy to the whole family on their great loss. May Sam rest in...
