Samuel passed away on Thursday, April 5, 2018. Samuel was a resident of Pennsylvania at the time of passing. Family and friends are welcome for visitation at the ANTHONY M. MUSMANNO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 700 7th St., McKees Rocks, PA 15136 on Sunday 2 until 8 p.m. Additional visitation on Monday 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Ella St., McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Burial with military honors on Wednesday 10 a.m. in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Funeral Service at the St. Mary's Ukrainian Orthodox Church at 1:30 PM on April 9, 2018.

Dear Karpa family,So sorry for your loss. I worked with Sam at KTPD years ago and he surely was a nice person. He took good care of the township and his job, protecting and serving the people, And was very proud of doing so. He will be greatly missed by many. God bless and may he Rest In Peace.
