Samuel was born on May 24, 1948 and passed away on Wednesday, June 21, 2017. Samuel was a resident of West Williamson, West Virginia at the time of passing. Sam attended Greenbrier Military Academy; served in the United States Navy from 1966 to 1968, and retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad after 41 years of dedicated service.
