Not sure what to say?

To the family of Tom Kohr I wish to give my condolences. In the years working for HPD he always had a kind word and encouragement for me which I will never forget. He was a great police officer and I know he will be surely missed by all that has known him.

Tommy with great respect I offer your family my sincere feelings. All though I worked as a cop for twenty five years, you were the cops cop to me. I only wish I could have been like you. Every time I'd see you, I'd tell anyone I was with, "There's Tommy Kohr". Everyone seemed to know you. Now your at peace with all our brothers and sisters who left us. God bless you Tommy.

He was one of the best cops Harrisburg had. He will truely be missed. Rest in Peace Tommy.

Although we no longer live in PA, we know that Tom's legacy will remain. He will be truly missed. Our deepest sympathy to one of the best the City had to offer.

My condolences to the entire Kohr family. Having worked with Tom for many years, I've seen personally what a difference he made to all he came in contact with. He will be greatly missed.
