Fran, Pam, Stuart and family: We loved Jim not only as a family member but also as a citizen, patriot, fellow engineer and example of strength of character and integrity. My descriptive summary would be "strong and straight".

I knew Mr. Kolner when I worked in the Parry center of Westminster Oaks and also in the healthcenter when he moved there. He was such a gentleman and always so polite and nice even in times of illness.I am glad to have gotten to know him. May his memory be a blessing.
