Dear Harriet:

I also witnessed your deep care and intercession on Sam's behalf with his doctors and caregivers. The two of you were truly blessed to have each other. I remember how Sam would drive around with a bag of lollipops in his front seat, and when he'd see a neighborhood child, he'd offer them a lollipop. I know Hope appreciated receiving many treats from Sam over the years we were neighbors.
