Not sure what to say?

Heartfelt sympathies and best wishes to Sam Magee's family on your very personal loss. For our Rodriguez family, he was an outstanding neighbor and friend, especially to our parents- Frank and Maria Rodriguez. After all this time, we can now appreciate our common bonds of "esprit de corps" and "semper fi" in the U.S. Marine Corps and life itself.
Colonel J. Ernest Rodriguez, USMCR (Retired)

I will be forever thankful to Sam for saving my dads life in 1963 when he had a heart attack. Sam instantly left his work and took my parents, who owned the Dry Cleaners across the street, to the hospital since my mom did not drive.
Sam had an infectious smile, and lived the spirit held by Marines, Semper Fidelis (Always faithful). He set such a good example that my two brothers and I joined the Marines.

Our prayers are with you and your family.

SO sorry to hear about your Dad Mark . Coach Cobarrubias Harlingen South.

He was one of my lifelong friends--have been since we were 5-6 years of age.I will miss him as a someone I could talk to about the good old days in La Feria. A good man.

La Feria lost a great man He will
be missed. Sam always called it the way he saw it. We need more men like Sam Magee in La Feria.
