So sorry to hear the passing of Stan. He was a very fine man and family man. Very involved in his home town and community. Sincere sympathy and thoughts to the family, Linda Yeatts,Ocala

Elka, Brent and families - We're so sorry for your loss. I knew Stanley mostly by reputation and what my husband Jack Koontz, your family's mechanic for many years, shared with me. Jack held your family, beginning with Mr. Malever, their father, in high regard and enjoyed his association with the Malevers, his friends. May you be blessed with comfort and peace during this time.

Dear Elka and Family, I was so sorry to hear of your loss. What a strong family man and citizen to our county he was. He certainly will be missed.

Stan was a very good friend to those of us at the Sheriff's Office. He measured me for my first uniform back in 1976. He will be missed.

My heartfelt sympathy to the whole family

My condolences to the family of Stan. I first became acquainted with Stan when I joined the Sheriff's office in 1968. During my 30 year tenure with the Sheriff's Office, we became friends. Stan would frequently visit as I was promoted through ranks. I have fond memories of our conversations and lunches. Stan was a good friend to everyone at the Sheriff's Office. I shall remember Stan and his family in my prayers.

Our hearts go out to the Malever family, may God give you peace during these difficult times.
