I have a lot of childhood memories of Sam and his family. We played a lot of softball games & had a lot of laughs together. Some good talks. My prayers go out to Sue & his family. They will all be in my prayers. I know he will be greatly missed.

I met Sam at Shalonda's dog grooming business several times. He was a nice guy and it was interesting to learn he had worked in the potash mines in Carlsbad, New Mexico. My father-in-law worked there for many years and it was nice to visit with him about that and the area in general. My prayers are with your family.

Rest In Peace my friend. Your light was extinguished way too soon! You were the best neighbor, a talented woodworker, dedicated miner and always wore a big smile. You will be missed!
