Mac was a fine man and a fine lawyer. He added both moral integrity and intellectual integrity to Texas Instruments. Mac was a model for every lawyer who followed him. He is missed.

Having grown up a block over from the Mims´, I knew both Peggy and Mack since I was a child. They were so lovely and kind to me throughout my life and I have so many wonderful memories of them both. Peace and love to all the family.

"Mac" Mims was a long-time member of the Texas Instruments legal department. I can recall the many hours working with him when he provided advice to myself and many other TI employees on customs law issues. He was always a congenial advisor and resource to help us understand what we should be doing. At some point, semiconductors became non-dutiable, so Mac shifted to immigration law, working on visa and green card issues on behalf of our community of TI "inpatriates" who were on...

My parents were members of the original Couples Roundtable class. I have very fond memories of gatherings with that group as a child- and especially of the Mims. Such a lovely family! I´m very sorry for your loss. Ellen Simpson Maas
