Sam and Joan were special people in the lives of The Niegemanns. They were also an institution in our neighborhood. Saddened to see the passing of Sam, but he was blessed to have lived a very full life. Bruce and Tim made Sam and Joan very proud! Thoughts and prayers to all of you!
