I was a classmate of Shirley, graduating AHS in 1969. I can remember how well thought of both Shirley and Sam were, a real tribute to their parents and upbringing. Also remember thinking how courageous Sam was to be so involved in sports at AHS in the 60´s. May he Rest In Peace.
