Beverly and I were much saddened by the rather sudden turn of events leading to and including Sam's demise. Sam and I shared a lot of things . I was doctor to his children. He was my lawyer, fishing buddy and good friend. To Anne and the children Beverly and I send our sympathy, condolences and our prayers. Sam is fine now; the rest of us face life without him.
