RIP SAM WE LOVE YOU WE REMEMBER WHAT YOU DID FOR US ON OCT. 18 2002 YOU WERE MY BEST MAN YOU GAVE JOY GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN. MICHAEL AND JOY HULL

Sam was a good friend. Met him as a supervisor in the insurance business, where he hired me as an agent and became a mentor and partner, sharing an office together in Washington. He was a unique mix of intelligent humor, wise guidance, and pure orneriness. Much love and caring prevailed throughout. He will be missed.

My sister, Dr. Gayle Davis, and I extend our most heartfelt sympathies to Coley, Billy, and the entire Pangburn family on their loss of Sam. The world was better with Sam in it. Thank you Sam for your friendship.

My deepest sympathies to the Pangburn Family. Sam and I went to Elrama Grade School together many years ago. He was a really great person and will be missed by all who knew him. May he RIP.

Sam and I were classmates and friends at Clairton High School. Although we lost touch after graduation I am so happy we reconnected at the CHS reunions.
My sincerest condolences for your loss.

Sam was quite a guy. He was always pleasant, helpful and ready to share a story about his beloved Betty, wonderful children and about their travel and his golf prowess. Sam was also ready to assist anyone needing help. He will truly be missed.

Sam was a great neighbor, a good person , he will be missed by all who knew him including his cat Moe.
