Not sure what to say?

To Sam's family and especially Nancy whom I haven't seen since 7th grade, I send my sympathy to you all in this time of sorrow. My prayers will be sent your way. I would like to hear from you Nancy if you remember me. 921 Dunhill Dr. I will always remember your beautiful smile.

I have heard many wonderful stories about your dad and mom from my brother, Ken Palmer. Please accept my deepest sympathy for the loss of your parents. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

A kind conversation by the family cemetery

Sam Jr is fondly remembered as a good childhood friend during several summers at Buckroe Beach, and occasional contacts at Va Tech...lots of good memories. His family will be in our prayers. May the peace of our Lord be with you all.

Sam called me frequently at Tidewater Research & Extension Center. He loved agriculture and cared very deeply about the farmers and the community. He also loved his family very much. I express my deepest sympathy to the family. God Bless you all.

Sam was always so nice to me when I visited Rachel, Chris and the kids on the farm over the years. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this time. I'll miss you Sam. With best regards to the entire family,

Boys, and your respective families, my heart is heavy and saddened at the loss of your dad (and of course your mom)....how fortunate I am to have had the pleasure and privilege to know them both and be a guest in your home over the years. My devotion and admiration for you all!
