Not sure what to say?

Sam was a very kind person, I had many years of getting to know Sam, it is hard to believe that he is no longer here on earth but I know he is in a great place in his forever home. I will always treasure the time that I had with him. Sam really enjoyed meeting new people and never new a stranger. I hope to see him again one day through those pearly gates and he can tell me another story about life.

All at Caterpillar were shocked to hear of Sam's passing. He was a good man with lots of whit also a friend and coworker to many. Our prayers go out to the family.

I will miss you so much Sam. I can remember all the fun times we had like they were yesterday. You were always there for me growing up and being the dad you didn't have to be. I know your playing the guitar in a heavenly band now and we'll get to hear it one day. We'll all miss you Sam, love you Papa Sam.

Aubrey loved fishing with him, I am so happy she got to meet her gramps. I have so many memories growing up that Can pass on,Aubrey knew right away he was a gentle and care free soul. I miss you, always and forever be my dad. Take that Lazy Ike and catch a big one,we have a big ole fishing trip one day. Love you!

Sam was a great man. I enjoyed working with him at Caterpillar and singing with him at church. He loved to tell stories and was an awesome storyteller. He loved his family very much as he was always bragging about his kids an grandkids. He will truly be missed. Sam had a positive impact on everyone he met.

Rest In Peace my friend..He will be remembered for his hearty laugh and deep booming voice...Such a good person
