To the Rouse family my sincere condolences

I had the pleasure of working with Sam for many years and I never met anyone who loved the Post Office a much as he did.

Mr. Rouse was always a truly respected supervisor at the USPS. You always knew he was looking out for you and was fair in all his decisions. We look back fondly on him and know he will be missed by all that knew him.

I will miss him dearly. Sam was one of the finest men I knew. I will always remember him smiling at some silly joke or working with everyone to get the job done. I've enjoyed speaking with him after his retirement and he always had the most wonderful common sense about life. May God shine his everlasting light upon this wonderful soul.

My sincere condolences to the family of the late Bro. Samuel Rouse, a true Christian and believer in the word of God!! You are dearly missed! Sis. Pam Brown Morris Brown AME Church

The years working under his leadership were some of the most memorable of my career. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. ...condolences Sherri Krause

Sorry to learn of the passing of Samuel Rouse. We go back a long way when we were on the football team at Burke. My condolences.

I remember Mr. Rouse as a supervisor at the USPS in the late 80's. He was a great leader and fair.
