Not sure what to say?

His grandfather was my Godfather this is Fatsi second daughter Kathy knew him as an infant Aunt Josie & Uncle Sammie were so thrilled with him. Uncle Sammie was the best Godfather a true loving soul. So sorry so young but I know he is with the Lord if his faith was like his father Joe

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. Sammy you will be missed.

This man was a Saint rest in Jesus thankyou Officer Sam

Sam and I became friends when he went to work at Avondale, and we have been friends ever since.
All I really can say is you will be missed by a lot of people

Sammy will forever be missed, but never, never forgotten. Life wouldn’t have been nearly as eventful without my cousin , my friend, my partner in crime in childhood. I truly loved and always will love my little “Chammy”.

You will truly be missed Sammy! Regardless if we weren't together in the end after 14 years, and it took us awhile to get back to friends, I'll forever love and care for you as you were the father of my child. You gave me the greatest blessing on earth. You also gave me a big family that I always wanted! We had some really fun and crazy times back in the day that I will always remember. My heart is sad that you aren't here anymore to see our girl get married and have kids, but at least...

I fell in love with him the first time I laid eyes on him, he was so handsome and loveable that's all I wanted to do was kiss him and cuddle him in my arm's, I was in love immediately. After all these years my love only grew deeper & deeper. I miss you already, & always will . Mom

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

I'm so sorry for the family loss. Sammy, I'm so proud of how you served the homeless people of New Orleans. Your heart, and soul was with the needy. You will always be missed by your family who stood by you to the bitter end. Sammy, you will be remembered, and missed. Aunt Harriet
