Samuel Spivey

Samuel David Spivey was a father, friend, and mentor to me for many years. He was also a grandfather aka (papa) to my son and nephew. this was one of the sweetest and kind persons you could have ever met. Sam you will be greatly missed but not forgotten. We love you so much, although we know that you are in a much better place. Love you from your daughter Nikki (I can hear you laughing and see you smiling right now).
