Bishop Sam Spry has been a gentle leader in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Huntsville Alabama for so many years. He has comforted hundreds of families in his church positions. As funeral director for hundreds of loved ones of deceased persons, his kindness has been felt by everyone. Our prayers are with the family and those who had the privilege of working with this extraordinary man.

Mr. Spry was a great man who worked with me on my Mothers death and his wonderful staff worked with me on my fathers death, Giving my Family a fair priced (Lowest in Huntsville) and a professional funeral from time of death to time of burial. Mr. Spry was kind generous and helpful, has he has provided services for many family Friends I can remember going back to the 1960s. What a wonderful man and soul. He was just a Jem. I know he will serve God well in Heaven.

I am sorry to hear about Mr. Spry's passing. He was very helpful with my family and me in making arrangements for our beloved mother. Annette Cruse

I will miss Mr. Spry's smiling face and the kind gesture he had about him in greeting folks. I loved working with him and his staff very much. He never failed to do all that he could do for me, or any of the thousands of folks he helped in the Huntsville, Madison County Community.

You will be sorely missed!!!!!
