Jonathan and I remember Sam´s presence and hard work on two trips to Nicaragua, helping build and enhance a rural health clinic. We were lucky to have your help on the second trip, Virginia - sending warm condolences as you grieve this loss. He was a wonderful man, and I know he is dearly missed by many.
