I am so sorry to hear about Sam. I worked with him as a Pediatric Nurse in the ED at Texas Children’s Hospital in Houston. He had an amazing laugh and sense of humor. I remember Sam as being highly intelligent and meticulous. He will be missed. Thoughts go out to his family
