Not sure what to say?

Hello Cheryl, Sam was a GREAT friend my husband and I knew from our days at West Virginia University. We kept in touch for many years after we left college and far into our professional lives. He was so kind and loving. I remember him teaching me the Kyria he liked at a retreat ( I played piano and flute) and to this day we still do it during certain church seasons in our church. My husband is an Episcopal priest -St John's, Naples FL. I remember him telling me he met you and was so excited...

Dear Cheryl: I grew up with Sam in Charleston WV, and only heard of his death yesterday, He was a wonderful Christian, and I'm so happy he found you and your family to share his love of God with. We worshipped at St. Matthew's and were ordained about the same time. We even worked in Children's Theater together! I hope I can find an old clipping of him to send to you. My husband and I shall miss him - he was a good friend and we rejoice knowing that he is with His Lord. May God bless and keep...

Cheryl and Family,
We love you and are holding you all in our hearts during this difficult moment. You know we are here if you need anything. Sam was such a man of God and both of you have been a tremendous witness to others.

Dear Cheryl, I am so sorry to hear of your precious loss, though Heaven's gain. My prayers are with you and your family. And my loving thoughts. May God be great comfort to you!

Cheryl, We are so sorry for your loss. Chris was honored that Sam was able to attend and share at a Mentor Classic gathering. He was truly a servant of God. You are in our thoughts and prayers.

My sympathy to Sam's family. He was our Rector when I was in high school and involved in HAPPENING retreats in WV. God bless you Sam and God speed. In Jesus' joy.

Dear Cheryl & family,
My heart aches for you as Heaven rejoices to receive Sam. He was such an inspiration to Feild in his walk with the Lord. Feild sought his council on numerous occaisons. I know that they both celebrated in Heaven when Sam entered the gates on Feild's birthday. Jill
