To the Ulery family, My sympathy to all of you. Sam was a special person. He is in a great and wonderful place now. He will be missed but never forgoten.

Dear Family,
Words cannot express how saddened we were when we found out about Sam's passing! I have always felt that I was one of the family and saddened about losing Sam! We were out of town from the 29th. to late on the3rd. and didn't hear anything, until Lee Sanders called me today.I am so sorry that we were not able to make the funeral. Please know that the family is in our prayers. May God give you strength and be with you all in this time of sorrow.

Our thoughts & prayers go out to Sam's family. We went to high school with Sam. I will never forget how kind & funny he was to everyone. A very special person & a wonderful friend.

Tony and family,
The sadness will go away but the memories will last forever.

Laura, we wish you our heart-felt sympathy. May all of your happy memories make these sad times easier for you and your family. As a fellow bone marrow transplant recipient at Cleveland Clinic, I feel confident your loved one received the best possible care and was in the best possible place. Know that you are in our prayers.

Dearest Laura, David and family,
As a family filled with faith, when you remember Sam's kindness, courage and strength, he will be near. Please know you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Tony, We were so sorry to hear about the loss of your father. We'll be keeping you and your family in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Sam Jr. and Family,

I was very sorry to hear about your loss from my father-in law. My father-in law always spoke very highly of your father. May God grant you peace in this difficult time.

May God bless all of Sam's family. He and I were friends in high school and I have very fond memories of the wonderful person that Sam will always be in my heart.
