Dr. Vigneri sounds like he was the perfect Rennaissance man with many interests and very caring for the people that he served. I did not know Dr. Vigneri as I was leaving Casper in the year that he was born in 1968. I am glad that he found Casper Wyoming and decided to stay and practice medicine, a tremendous gain for Casper and the state. He was taking far too early
