Sam was born right at a week before my daughter. Really the first cousin either of my kids were close in age to. It was nice to see them grow up together and develop that relationship that cousins have. They snapped, instagrammed,and hung out at family gatherings. They kept up with each other. I had the pleasure of being his Instructor at Bishop State Community College. He was also my son's classmate/teammate. Sam was so very nice and was a hard worker. He was definitely a breath of fresh air. Sending prayers and comfort to the family.
