Our sympathies are with you at this difficult time.
Don & Lynda Narber

Dear Rita, With both Mary and I as Class of '48 classmates of Sam it is difficult to express our sorrow to you and the family. Sam was a wonderful host for all of our past class reunions and so accommodating to allow us to park our travel trailer in your adjoining vacant lot during a previous reunion. Rita,
Who can forget those Friday afternoons every five years when we gathered in yours and Sam's backyard to catchup on the previous half-decade and recalling everything since 1948. Sam will be sorely missed in 2013. Our condolences to you and your family.
Vivian & John Donahoe
P.S Our granddaughter, Meghan, will never forget her visit to State College in 2008 and the class of '48 party at the Wassons.

My condolances to you and your family.  I had worked at the agency for a few months in the 90's and enjoyed the time I had there.  Sam was very kind, patient and helpful with everyone.  Much love to you all.

Dear Wasson family,
We are sorry for your loss and know that Sam will be sorely missed. He has been our insurance agent for over 50 years and a dear friend of the family. He has helped us with insurance questions and problems many times and we are sorry to hear of his passing. Please accept our heartfelt sympathy. Our love and prayers go out to the entire family. Dear Wasson Family

We met Mr. & Mrs Wasson through our children and grandchildren (the sullivans) when they lived next door and were allowed to swim in their pool. Always enjoyed our visits with them .
I'm sure Sam will be greatly missed by the community. Our prayers are with you all. Linda & Gerry Sullivan, Kansas
