Not sure what to say?

Some wonderful memories I would like to share:
-Going to Red Sox games, sharing peanuts and explaining to me how to score each play
-Watching horse races at Suffolk Downs and greyhound races at Wonderland; learning how to read the programs and betting odds
-Teaching me how to drive in the old Hudson and then using the old Rambler
-Showing me how to take apart the air filter because some "gizmo" always got stuck in one of those cars
-Years later watching him...

I will always love you, Grandpa. If it weren't for you, our family would not be what it was and is today. You have instilled love, devotion and care to everyone you loved. You raised three amazing daughters and lived a very long, hardworking, beatiful life with a wonderful wife. I grew and learned from you as a child. You instilled all the necessary tools to grow and work through struggles that come our way. As we grieve and miss you - I know YOU are comfortable now. And you're probably at...

Sam,
If there were a college where people went to study and become fathers-in-law, you would be the dean of students---You were, simply stated, the very best. If I can be half the father-in-law to my son-in-law that you were to me, it would be due the fact that I learned from the "master."

Sam, you were one of a kind. I have so many fun memories of you. I love the ones about the red car. The car had more silver tape on it than ever and the passenger sit that would come out of the floor when you hit a bump. I am so glad I have so many wonderful memories of you before you were sick. You have touched so many people's lives. Sam, you were a fighter until the end and now may you rest in peace.

Grandpa I miss you so much. I can still hear you singing to me during our car rides and giving me those big wet kisses when I needed one. You were not only a grandpa but a great friend. You filled my childhood with so many wonderful memories..thank you. I love you and I miss you.

I will never be able to share all of my wonderful memories of my dad. There are just too many. I will, however, keep them in my heart forever and cherish these memories. I will never stop missing and loving him. He left his family with an enormous amount of love and devotion and memories to last a lifetime. He will forever be in my heart. I love you dad and I already miss you.
