Not sure what to say?

Our condolences to Elsie and family. Sam was always a welcome sight at Windham and quite passionate about skiing. He lived right!

Dear Elsie and family,
We're so sad to hear about Sam's passing. He certainly lived a full life and unquestionably left his mark at Windham Mountain. Treasure all the good memories of Sam, and know that your friends are thinking of you at this difficult time. We send our sincerest condolences to you.

I first met Sam, probably 30 years ago, at, believe it or not, Brockley's Delmar Tavern. He always had a smile on his face, a big hello for everyone who knew him, and a glint of mischief in his eyes!!! For many years, I would see him walking around Delmar, with the obligatory toothpick in his mouth. I never heard him speak an unkind word about anyone, nor did I ever hear a disparaging remark from anyone about him. Not a bad legacy!!

He was a truly nice man, a gentleman,...

Elsie,

I'm so sorry to hear of Sam's passing. You and Sam bought our family camp, ''Longue-Vue'' on Loon Lake. I'd know Sam through real estate dealings throughout my years in real estate. God bless you all.

Dear Elsie and family - Our sincerest regrets on the loss of Sam, a truly wonderful man who always said a nice word to make you feel good. We will miss Sam in the Pro room. Love -Jennie & Ned Crossley

Dear Lisa and family, I'm so sorry for your loss. Your Dad was a great guy and he will be missed by many. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely Flow

Dear Elsie and Family, I was so saddened to read of Sam's passing. I first met Sam around 1958 when we lived across the street from his parents and although Sam was a bit older than I, I remember Sam and the Whitings as a warm and wonderful family. I saw Sam and his law partner, Roger Fritz, many times over the years and always enjoyed our meetings and conversations about our lives and families. Please accept my heartfelt...

Dear Elsie & family
