My Dad always told me,"Son, if have something that sounds good enough, Brother Sam will play it." He was right.Brother Sam treated me better than anyone on radio has ever, and will ever treat me. To Mrs. Williams, Scott, Bruce, and Crystal. With "Deepest Sympathy" extended to all of you in your loss of Sam. He was a good natured person, and got along with everyone he came in contact with. He surely will be missed in the Flint community. I will really miss...

To the Williams family. I share your loss. Having grown up to "Spiritual Time" every Sunday morning in Flint till I retired to North Carolina in 2012, Sunday mornings still aren't the same without the golden voice of "Sweet Sam the Candy Man". You could feel the sincerity, especially the Green Home for funerals segment. The occasion he read the...

to the family of Samuel "Mr. Sam" Williams, from the entire Peacock family, we just want you all to know that we share in your pain in the lost of your dad. Words cannot express the deep love we feel for "Mr. Sam". We would like the family to know, although "Mr. Sam" will be sadly missed, he will never be forgotten, for he was truly a loving father and a wonderful friend. The Lord heals the broken hearted, and bandages their wounds. Knowing that he will be with the Lord gives us the chance...
