Sorry to hear of Sandy's passing...my deepest condolences.

Barry - We have not spoken in many years, but I wanted to express my sincere condolences on Sandi's passing. I certainly know what you are going through as Rita has been gone nine years as of yesterday. I hope that time will ease the pain of your loss, but it will never erase the wonderful memories.

Barry, I am so sorry for your loss. Karen and I remember warmly spending time with you and Sandi during your time in Kansas City. Sandi was an absolute gem and will be missed by so many. Peace and warm thoughts to you and to all those who loved Sandi.

I never met Sandi. But I also never met a husband so devoted as Barry. I worked with him at the Kansas City Star, and he spoke of her with pride and love so often. As sad as I am at her passing, I am also very glad that the two had so many years together and that Barry has all those memories to comfort him.

We were so sad to hear of Sandi's passing. She was always such a kind, generous person. Sophia and I had a long talk about her just today...and she misses her grandma Sandi very much. She wanted to get a card and we have sent one with Donna who is coming today.
