Remembering Sandor, one of the gifts of our publishing career, first as a Washington DC sales rep and later as a colleague & neighbor. We were honored to be guests at his last wedding, and we loved having his brilliant daughter as a Boston summer Intern. He was a gifted guy.

I still relish the time I spent in the office next door to Sandor at LB. He was wise, canny, and anxious to keep things moving.

While I only met Sandor once, I had a wonderful conversation with him and Walter, and am proud to share 'Monmouth College Alumnus' with him. My Deepest Sympathies, Michael

Sandor's journey to Monmouth College and beyond is an immigrant success story. Our Monmouth family is proud of his life and his status as an MC alumnus. Blessings!

Sandor leaves behind his best friend and only Monmouth College buddy. My deepest sympathies go to his five children - Bobby, Elisabeth, Phebe, Sandor, Nicky, as well as Phebe, his wife of 20 years.

Many fond memories of conversations with Sandor in buyer's lobbies. A fine gentleman. (And he taught me everything you'd need to know about paprika!) A sad loss for all. Sincere condolences to his family.

My most enjoyable sales calls to Bookazine in the old days on West 10th Street were when Sandor was there selling too. I learned a lot, and laughed a lot, and will never forget Sandor's willingness to share his knowledge of how things really worked in those days. My condolences to his family and numerous friends.
