I remember Sandi from her working days at Cummins, when Steve Delgado was her manager. The Export Department was tucked away at the top of the stairs in the corporate Finance Department, when the GOB was home to Cummins corporate offices from CEO/Chairman, President, on down. Sandi knew her stuff and she expected others to be just as prepared as she was. Today, when the export business has a lot of attention paid to it due to tariffs, I can just imagine her being as competent as she was...
