Sandy and I grew up in the same southside neighborhood in the Valley section of Syracuse; we lived a block apart from each other. Sandy was always such a happy, fun, and out-going gal. When you needed to have a good laugh, Sandy was happy to provide one. She was a treasure to all of us who knew and loved her. Our neighborhood is gone, but thoughts of Sandy and the "Valley" years will remain in our hearts forever. My thoughts and prayers are with Sandy and her family this week. God bless...
