Sandra Monica Burd, age 77, was born on January 17, 1947, in New Orleans, LA passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024, at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, Alabama. Sandra was the loving mother of Denise H. Bonnet (Dwight), Audrey H. Robinson (Anthony), and Will Gerard Harris (Delana). Beloved sister of Stanley Burds (Yolanda), Johnson Burds (Wanda) and Henrietta B. Reeves (Rickey). She was also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, 2 aunts, Ethel L. Williams and Rosalie McGalliard (Donaldsonville, LA) and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also Priest, and Parishioners of St. Katharine Drexel Parish (formerly Holy Ghost Catholic Church); Xavier Preparatory Class of 1965; members of the Knights of Peter Claver Court #52; and employees of Lucent Technology (formerly South Central Bell, AT&T); Optum/United Health Care; ITG Brands and Growth Is Life are invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, 2015 Louisiana Avenue, New Orleans, Louisiana at 10:00 a.m. Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Father Lambert A.
