Mrs. Burns, Thank you for encouraging me too return to school too get my degree. It was a such a joy working with you at East Lit Magnet, you taught so many of us how the real world works. I do remember "No conversation without a "Good Morning or a Hello" that stayed with me for my remaining years at East. Will always love you and I'll see you late. Ms "A"

Sandra Moore Burns as a cousin, was such a sweet spirit. May she Rest In Peace. My prayers are with the rest of the family. I am so sorry for this loss.

Sandra was one of the finest teachers I ever met. She held her students to very high standards and taught them likewise. I will miss her.

Mrs. Burns kept me out of so much trouble in school. I think she saw something in me that I couldn't see and I appreciate her for it. I probably wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for her. She will be missed, but I'm glad the young angels get to enjoy her wisdom now.
