Sandra Carlson

My mom was a loving and selfless person. Her capacity to love was mind-boggling. It came from her love for her family but also from the loving family members who cared for her. Her family lived by example, and she learned by example. And so she taught me.

My mom loved and adored her grandchildren. Here she is building castles for them with me on Topsail. I am missing her sorely as her fourth anniversary approaches.

Mom loved being with us. Croquet was one of our games. Rules need not apply.
