Sandra Jean Coggins, 55, of LaFollette, died March 19.She is survived by her son, Cory Hill, of Speedwell; daughter, Bobbi J. Martin, of Jellico; parents, Joe and Janette Napier, of Speedwell.The family requested all services be private. Walters Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
