I worked with Sandy for many years. I will never forget when I became the Director of Social Studies in 1993 how she and Elaine knowing how overwhelmed I was with a new job would always stop in before tennis practice to see if they could help me in any way. I will always remember her kindness to me. Her loss is a loss for all of us who knew her.

Mrs. Cuthbert and Elaine,
I am so sorry to hear of Sandy's passing. Sandy was my tennis coach at Medford High and I then took over the coaching position when Sandy stepped down. She taught me so much during my four years with her at the High School. I tried to live up to her coaching when I took over the team. She was a great inspiration. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
