Sandra J. Ference

Sandra J. Ference, 59, of Stafford Springs, CT, passed away on Sunday, February 26, 2012 at Hartford Hospital. She was born in Stafford Springs, CT, daughter of Evelyn (Cartier) Stehlik and the late Robert S. Stehlik. Sandy is survived by her husband, Peter A. Ference; two children, Michelle Brothers and her husband Kurt, and Mark Ference; three step children, Alan Ference and his wife Richene, Jill Moulton and her husband Leonard, and Beth Syphers and her husband Ronald; eight grandchildren; her mother, Evelyn Stehlik; sister, Rene Cavar; father-in-law, Andrew Ference; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and her faithful companion Charlie. She was predeceased by her son, Michael Ference; sister, Nancy Tate; and mother-in-law, Doreen Ference. Her funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 10 A.M. at Introvigne Funeral Home, Inc., 51 East Main St., Stafford Springs, CT. Burial will follow in Staffordville Cemetery, Staffordville, CT. Calling hours are on Wednesday from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorial donations may be made to the Michael P.
