Not sure what to say?

Mary Beth & Kendra, So sorry to hear about the passing of your mom. I have many memories of our trips together and growing up as neighbors. She would take all us kids on bike rides that I felt lasted forever. Drummond Island singing campfire songs "There's a bear! Where? Over there"! We had good times!

So sorry to hear of Sandy's passing, Kendra and Maribeth. She was a fantastic Kindergarten teacher at Whitehall elementary schools for many years and it sounds like she made really good use of her retirement years as well!! Sandy taught me to be a more thoughtful educator in many ways. She was one of the most academically focused teachers that I knew. So glad to hear that she went into retirement with purpose and passion, like she lived her younger years. my condolences to the family. ...

Sandy and I grew up together living next door to each other. We were also classmates at Shelby High School graduating in 1957. What a shock to see that Sandy has passed. I will miss seeing her at our yearly class reunion. May you all find comfort and peace in the memories you have.

Dear Kendra and family, My heart goes out to all of you for the loss of your sweet mother. I know how much she meant to you. I didn´t have the pleasure of knowing your mom, but I´ve heard what a special lady she was and she raised an amazing daughter. I´m praying for peace and comfort during this difficult time. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

May you find peace in your hearts today as you say goodbye to a wonderful and talented woman you knew as mom, grandma, and friend. Her legacy is amazing! Sandy was the best kindergarten teacher for each of my kids. She was the perfect person to start the education experience for each of them...teaching respect and manners...she truly showed she cared!
