Sandra "Sandy" Lummer, 83, of Camp Point, died Nov. 16, 2020, at Timber Point Healthcare Center. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, in Sunset Cemetery, Quincy. O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home, Quincy, is handling arrangements.
