Not sure what to say?

My condolence to the beloved family of Sandra Marubio on her passing on the way to heaven. May God bless her. (My apology for the 'late' response but I was away on vacation and I just recently opened my E-mail inbox)

One day Sandy and I were at Lamb's Farm. We stopped at the bakery and I still remember how important she made the developmentally-delayed young man behind the counter feel when she asked him to find her a pastry with extra powdered sugar on it - his face glowed. She truly had a special way with all kinds of people. My condolences to her family.

I had the great pleasure and privilege of knowing Sandy for many years. We were colleagues and friends at Children's Memorial Hospital. Sandy was a delightful, warm and wonderful lady. She brought great joy and happiness to all who knew her. Sandy, we will always miss you.

the enormity of our laughter and fun will be etched in my mind and heart forever.
having your friendship was grand, you were indeed a treasure to so many people.
sandy, rest in peace......

I met Sandy at Children's a hundred years ago, give or take a few years. Her warm smile and friendly manner went a long way to make you feel at ease. She was great to be around and made every experience a memorable occasion. Haven't seen her for many years but whenever a few of the "old guard" got together we asked among ourselves, "has anyone heard from Sandy"? --- she was cared about by many. We are blessed to have had her in our lives. Sandy --- Shalom

Sandy was a co-worker and a friend. I recall one occassion when I was a house guest, she was the ultimate hostess. That was just one more expression of the way she cared about others. I chuckle now when I think of it, and I know Sandy would have appreciated that chuckle.

I will always remember Sandy's unique and vivacious personality. She had a way of lighting up a room when she entered it, and she was truly a gift to those of us who knew her. My sincere condolences and prayers go to her family.

Working twenty years at CMH with Sandy (Marub) gave me many years of wonderful memories. I will miss her happy voice and wisecracks about our youthful days at work, when we all though that youth would never elude us. God bless, Marub. It will never be the same without you.
