Dear Bob and Kelly-
Was so sorry to learn of Sandy's passing today from Kim R.
She sure was a lovely woman and my heart goes out to all of you there, all the way from Auckland New Zealand.

To the McDougall Family:
I am deeply saddened to hear of Sandy's untimely passing; today, I learned thru our receptionist, Alan Jones. Sandy will be truly missed; she was such a great professional, and always upbeat. Kelly, I especially wish to give you a big HUG, as I'm thinking of you . . I so enjoyed our time together when I first moved to Danville . . when we were in 'class' together. You are such a special person, and I know you will cherish all the times you had with your Mom. You...

Bob & Kelly, I am shocked to hear the passing of Sandy. She was a wonderful person, great agent, and no one loved their family more than Sandy. She was so proud of her kids & grandkids. Everytime I saw or talked with her , we shared stories about our kids & our grandkids. I remember the "old days" and one time in particular when we had to formally dress up in the morning and we limoed over to San Francisco to the Merrill Lynch awards ceremony ! We had so much fun ! That is the way I want...

Bob: Scott Crenshaw told me of Sandy's passing yesterday, and Tim passed the sad news on today. Please accept our condolences. By the way, I am still indebted to you for all you did for me as I was leaving the company.
Thanks again.

Bob,

Liz and I only recently heard of Sandy's death. Please accept our sympathies. We will keep you and family in our prayers.

Sincerely,

Jim & Liz Jones
