My cousin Sandy and I were very close. She was my son's God-Mother and I was Steven's. I babysat for her when I was young and she used to babysit me. I've lived in Florida for the past 20 years so we lost touch but I did see her when I would visit. The last time was 2015 when I went back for Christmas and we met at Olympia restaurant. She was in good spirits and very strong as always. I prayed for her every single day and will continue to keep her and all her family in my prayers. ...

Although I never knew Sandy I know how much her sister Nancy loved and cared for her. I pray for God to comfort all those who knew and loved her and will carry that love forever in their hearts.

Sandy was always welcoming and made me feel like part of the family! I am truly grateful to have been able to know her and learn from her; she was a great mother & grandmother, kind and thoughtful, and always had everyone's interest at heart.

Love you all, and hope to see you very soon. My sympathies and thoughts in this time.

One of the kindest persons I have ever known. Always giving so much of herself. A truly genuine and sincerely caring person. She was a pleasure to work with, and to have known as a good friend. She could always make me smile. May she rest peacefully.

My thoughts and prayers are for Sandy' family and friends at this time. Sandy was a friend of long standing coming in and out of my life as we journied in nursing and in involvement with family.
She was a bright star true to her ministry in giving and living for others.

My most sincere sympathy to Sandy's family. She has left a huge void in this world. Praying you can find comfort in knowing she cared for all of you without regret.
