To Sandra's daughter, son, grandchildren, brother and two sisters: I pray that God will give you comfort and peace since your loss. The last time I saw Sandra was when she drove Aunt Melda to my Mom's funeral. She was always one of the sweetest people I knew and I was proud to be one of her first cousins. Just before she left my Mom's burial she said, "Ya'll come see us, we'll BBQ or something," and had a big smile on her face. It hurts when you lose a close family member or a loved one...

May God comfort you and place His loving arms around you and your family.

I will always remember my grandma's kindness and that special glowing smile. She longed to be in heaven and to see her Savior's face and be with him for eternity, and now she is with him, praising and worshiping with him forever! One of her favorite verse was Romans 8:18 which I think is a perfect verse for now and it says --I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
