Not sure what to say?

Pastor Sandy was my pastor for just two short years and yet it felt like I'd known her all my life. She will forever minister to my heart through the many memories we shared. She was such a kind and loving spirit. I cried tears of joy for Sandy and Mick on the day they were wed and now I cry tears of sorrow. She has gone to be with her Lord and I pray I will see her again one glorious day. I thank God for the blessing of having known her.

To the Family of Sandy Evans, My deepest sympathy to you all. Sandy visited with my dad while he was very ill and later conducted his funeral. She also spent time with my mom thru her illness and death. While ministering my parents she became my friend and mentor/confidant. She taught me to accept many things that I could not change! When my daughter was ready to get married Sandy spent time with her and her future husband. She drove over 150 miles so she could marry them!
Scott you are...

Mick and Scott's family; so shocked to hear of Sandy's early passing. Some people seem to be the ones to live forever. Then God calls them home to rest.
All 13 of my kids could tell you of stories of Sandy investing in their thoughts and feelings. More than once I could hear someone comment on how "Sandy mothers all of us".
How my heart will miss her but never forget her mission to carry out God's love.

I first met Sandy at bible camp. She was always kind and honest. Some of the best memories I have is Sandy teaching me how to drive and letting me spend days at a time with her in Marshalltown. I'm always grateful for having known her. Scott, you and the rest of Sandy's family are in my prayers.

Sandy was a lady that made all feel at home no matter where you were from. She taught us how to relax in God's word and to be honest of where you were in your walk and how to take the next step forward. She could liven up the most boring people and make sure we all ended up as friends. All my children are saddened by this. Scott, praying for your peace that she is now with the God she served.

I offer my condolences to Sandy's family. I met Sandy at Martin Street Church of God and she was a wonderful source of inspiration who had a passion for sharing the gospel. She will be missed. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I was privileged to meet Sandy and get to know her through Rev. Edward L. and Sis. Dorothy Smith in Radford, VA. Our paths have crossed through the years because of them. It was a joy to know Sandy. She was a dear lady. We had some precious times of sharing together. May our God provide an abundant outpouring of His comfort, strength and love in the days to come. Remember, "His eye is on the sparrow", and I know he will be watching over each of you.

Sandy was my camp counsoler when I was a child at Inspiration Acre's in Iowa. She taught me that God will and can use anyone in ministry. She showed me what a strong woman is. Mick and Scott, Im so sorry for your loss. -Sarah (Overturf) Strong

So sorry to hear about Sandy. I spent many fun weeks at camp with Sandy when I was a teen-ager. One year, my job at camp was to take care of Scott! I think he was one year old.
