Not sure what to say?

Anyone who knew Sandy would tell you that she was the most awesome, straight forward, AMAZING women you would ever want to meet!! EVERYONE who knew her loved her- I did! The relationship she shared with her (also amazing) husband was the most wonderful relationship I have ever witnessed! You just dont see that anymore... especially from 2 people together so many years! I miss Sandy so much and I just know that she is looking down on Alex and still advising her on all that life throws her...

There is nothing more difficult in this life than to lose a parent. From working with Alex, I know how close she was to her mother. She took great care of her family, and would not hesitate to tell it like it is. This is sometimes the most important thing a parent can do, especially when your children are grown.
After meeting her family, it is easy to see the influence that she had on Alex's father and brother. The loss of such a powerful influence is difficult, though everyone is lucky...

Never did have the honor of meeting Sandra but I heard tell that if you know Alex, you know Sandra. So with that being said, I must say that Sandra was one fine woman who left a living legacy through her daughter. Sandra was funny, witty, straight-forward, honest, loving, kind and let's not forget, very intelligent. She was well-loved, even adored and cherished, by her husband. All these things she was I see in her daughter Alex. Sandra taught her daughter to be strong in the face of...

I will always remember Mrs. Poulos as a very thoughful, generous, perceptive and funny woman. She always had had the best stories & advice to share, which was always right! She always wanted the best for Alex, which led to the most memorable double blind date ever! I extend my greatest sympathy to Alex, Mr. Poulos, Chris and Christina. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I never had the opportunity to meet Sandra but if she is anything like Alex she must have been a beautiful person in and out. My deepest sympathy to Alex, Dad and Chris during this very difficult time. My prayers are with you always.........Love, Joanne Makely

I never got to meet Sandra(Dena), but i had this wonderful picture of her in my mind. I knew so much about her, the things she would do and say, she was a riot! Her memory will live with us forever. And the Poulos's family you are always in my prayers. Love you guys!

I am glad that I had the chance to know Mrs. Poulos. She is beautiful inside and out. She always gave Alex great advice that I agreed with. She was so smart and witty and always made me laugh. She always thought of others and was so considerate and polite. I really admired her and thoroughly enjoyed her company. She will be missed. I will continue to keep the Poulos family in my prayers, as I can imagine how hard it is to go through the holidays without her.

We wish to extend our deepest sorrow at your loss of such a sweet and wonderful person Sandy was a very special person and made my family and I welcome to the neighborhood when we moved in many years ago. She had the knack of making people feel at ease and comfortable
